Ulverston
There is a “sheepish garden getaway” in Outcast, Ulverston on the South Lakes coast and edge of the low fells, partially off-grid, it is run by Ruth and Chris Shaw.
Pateley Bridge
Yorkshire Dales
Set in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales above Pateley Bridge, overlooking the River Nidd. Choose from one of three huts available to book via AirBnB.
Orrest Head
Viewpoint above Windermere and Ambleside
Stay in the low fells close to the famous Orrest Head viewpoint above Windermere and Ambleside. This hut was built for the renowned local blacksmith, Steve Hicks, and features many of his own works within the hut.
The Atholl Estate
Scotland
Situated on the edge of Tulliemet Moor – Scotland’s largest designated conservation area – this area is a fantastic place for nature lovers to explore. Only a short distance away is the tranquil Loch Ordie, a very popular spot for both walking and cycling. Close by, you can also venture to Loch of Lowes, a Wilderness Reserve within Dunkeld, home to a breeding pair of ospreys.
