PURCHASES
For all purchases, we request 50% deposit upon confirmation of your order with the remaining 50% prior to delivery. Online payment directly into our bank account is required.
We aim to deliver your finished hut within 12 weeks of receiving the formal order.
DELIVERY
This is at cost to the customer and it is our responsibility to deliver your hut directly to your chosen UK location.
We ask before delivery the site is level, accessible and is able to take the weight of the delivery vehicle and the Hut. Our transportation vehicle is up to 40 feet long, 9 feet across and 13 feet in height, so low bridges, narrow lanes and tight turns will require seeking an alternative route.
We do recommend you provide stone/flagstone “pads” or hardstanding to permanently sit the wheels onto.
